Determine whether a blank page comes from startup, asset loading, browser cache, or a Plugin runtime error.

Determine whether a blank page comes from startup, asset loading, browser cache, or a Plugin runtime error.

Confirm service and asset responses

Request the page and health endpoint directly, then record the HTTP status, headers, and beginning of the body. A connection failure points to the service or port. Once HTML returns 200, reproduce in a private window and preserve the first JavaScript error and failed asset URL. Save evidence before clearing caches.

Isolate recent Profile changes

Use doctor and diff to identify recently upgraded Plugins. If the blank page started immediately after an upgrade, restore a known-good revision for comparison, then upgrade the suspected Bundle separately.
