v0.3.0第一次使用？准备 CLI
需要 Node.js ≥22.13 和 pnpm。CLI 安装插件时需要网络连接。
npm install --global @dsh-plugin-hub/cli建议使用新名称。同名环境会被替换，本地定制不会自动合并。替换已有环境前请先备份；回退需要有 Hub 保存的历史版本。
