DSCODE bundle

Install through the DSCODE Hub preset, or use npm install -g @toddzheng024/dscode then dscode.

Requires DSH 0.2.0-rc.2, macOS 14+, Node 22.19+ or 24+, and Chrome. Includes modified upstream modules; see THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md. No install-time patches or scripts.
