template-instantiator 模板实例化
Nothing says "an agent touched this" like a [X] in the delivered file. Or a {{name}}. Or lorem ipsum. Or "John Doe" in row 3.
交付文件里一个 [X] 就能出卖"这是 agent 弄的"。还有 {{name}}、lorem ipsum、第 3 行的 "John Doe"。
Why / 为什么
Templates carry two kinds of residue: the placeholders you can see, and the example content you stop seeing after the tenth read — sample rows that ship to clients, Acme Corp in the footer, last quarter's numbers in the "update this" cell. The skill's core is mechanical: inventory, replace, scan, show the zero.
模板带着两种残渣：看得见的占位符，和读到第十遍就看不见的示例内容——发给客户的样例行、页脚的 Acme Corp、"此处更新"格里上季度的数字。这个 skill 的核心是机械流程：盘点、替换、扫描、出示零残留证明。
The loop / 流程
- Inventory — list every placeholder and variation in the template:
{{var}}, {var}, [X], <placeholder>, TODO/FIXME/TBD, lorem ipsum, and the example rows the template shipped with.
- Replace from stated data — each fill traces to user-provided data or an agreed source; a value that does not exist is a question for the user, never invented. Optional sections the user did not request get deleted, not left half-filled.
- Scan — one mechanical pass for every inventory pattern across the final file; the pattern list came from step 1, so nothing is scanned-by-memory.
- Show the zero — the scan result (patterns checked, hits found, hits resolved) is stated in the delivery note. A clean claim without the shown scan is an assumption.
