Relay DSH Session Import

Stable 0.2.3 is verified on official DSH 0.1.5-rc.2 and 0.1.6-alpha.1. No implementation adaptation was required. Install it from npm · Compatibility evidence.

Release channels: latest → 0.2.3; next → 0.2.3-rc.2.

Provider-neutral session import hub for DeepSeek Harness. It contributes one sidebar action and a typed provider slot; import implementations stay in their provider plugins.

Verified in official DSH 0.1.1-rc.2 with Codex and Claude providers: wide sidebar and collapsed sidebar.
