DeepSeek Harness (dsh) 插件：在 RunNPU 昇腾 NPU 集群上提供「算力管理」与「训练」两个 agent 模式。

cd ~/.dsh/profiles/web
pnpm add dsh-runnpu
npx dsh-runnpu install all --profile web --with-cli
pnpm install

然后重启 dsh，新建会话时选择模式。npx dsh-runnpu doctor 检查配套的 runnpu / swanlab CLI。

配套 runnpu CLI 版本：v0.1.1（发布仓 https://github.com/EM-GeekLab/run-npu-skill ）。

本包只含构建产物；使用与安装说明见 https://github.com/EM-GeekLab/run-npu-harness 。
