DSH 插件：配置全局出站代理（写入 ~/.dsh/.env）；重启后影响 LLM / Web / HTTP MCP 流量。
插件会安装到这里；不确定时保持 web。

http(s):// 代理地址并保存~/.dsh/.env，保留文件里其它行http(s)://，拒绝 SOCKS；localhost / 127.0.0.1 永远直连DSH 自带 @deepseek-ai/dsh-http-proxy：启动时读取环境变量 / ~/.dsh/.env 里的
http_proxy / https_proxy，安装为 undici 全局 dispatcher。本插件只负责把设置页填写的地址
落盘到 ~/.dsh/.env，因此代理在 DSH 启动时读取一次，修改后需重启 DSH 生效。
