为 DeepSeek Harness LLM 接口配置多提供商：支持声明任意数量的提供商，每个提供商均可拥有独立的端点、凭据和按模型设置的参数，并支持 OpenAI Chat、OpenAI Responses、Anthropic Messages 和 Google Gemini 线格式。
插件会安装到这里；不确定时保持 web。
