Host-only. Injects a global systemPrompt section so every session on the profile gets the rules. This is not a skill catalog item. DSH skills are opt-in; this plugin is always on.

Restart Desktop after install. New sessions pick it up immediately. Existing sessions pick it up on the next model request after Host reload.
