Global approval / question reminder overlay for DeepSeek Harness (DSH).
When any session has a pending tool approval, a plan review, or a user question, a persistent floating overlay pops up at the bottom-right of the DSH web UI (draggable, collapsible). Clicking an entry jumps straight to the session that needs you, so approvals never stall the flow because they are out of sight.
