It ships both halves:
search_plugins, read_plugin_page, open_plugin_page: callable in any conversation, so your agent can find, evaluate, and install dsh plugins for youdsh plugin --profile web add deepseek-plugin
Then restart dsh (Ctrl + C, then dsh web). Open Settings → Plugin Directory in the web UI.
