Provides web search capability to DSH via Tavily API — both as a WebSearchProvider (for ctx.web) and a model-facing tool (tavily_search).

Returns the raw Tavily response with answer, results, images, and usage info.
tavily)Standard WebSearchProvider for ctx.web.search(). Auto-selects when it's the only configured provider. Used by the web_search tool from dsh-tool-web.
Note:
web_fetchuses a separateWebFetchProviderinterface (not implemented here).

Resolution order: literal
apiKey→ Credentials (apiKeyEnvref) →process.env[apiKeyEnv]. Only the first match wins. Credentials file is preferred for production.

Search queries go through tavily_search tool calls with full Tavily parameter support. ctx.web.search() works automatically when registered.
