Plugin Kit

General-purpose DSH plugin library (pnpm monorepo): template plugins, a plugin development kit, and a one-click aggregate package. The root package is also an all-in-one bundle (dsh.bundle.patch), directly recognized for installation by DSH and the plugin marketplace.
