Time Travel

DeepSeek Harness (DSH) plugin: reversible time travel and auditing. Establishes a “pre-state snapshot → execute → compensate” chain for tool side effects, provides rewindTo(turnId) to restore the workspace in reverse turn order, and includes a built-in audit rules engine.
