Enhanced SSH ops for DeepSeek Harness: adds agent tools the base dsh-ssh plugin leaves uncovered — host testing, remote ls, ~/.ssh/config import, known_hosts fingerprint check and multi-host exec — on top of the shared ssh2 engine.
