DSH Web Sound Effects Player: All controls are integrated into the Settings menu (Settings → Sound Effects Player). Includes Web Audio synthesized effects and Windows system notification sounds; supports importing custom audio and binding, enabling/disabling, and previewing sounds for each situation. Provides the soundPlayer service (window.__dshSoundPlayer__) for use by other plugins.

Sound Player is published as dsh-sound-player and currently resolves to version 0.2.0. The Hub verifies its manifest and preserves the exact installation source for reproducible installs.
