Quick Window Launcher

Start DeepSeek Harness web in its own standalone app-style window from a desktop shortcut (Chromium app-mode, not the default browser tab), plus sidebar shutdown/restart actions that adapt to the rail/wide layout and an open_web tool that opens a URL in the system default browser's new tab.

The plugin will be installed here. Keep web if you are unsure.
