Pwsh Progress

Real-time task progress in the conversation stream: displays status, elapsed time, progress bar, estimated time remaining, and a stop button for background tasks (pwsh/bash/subagent and other run_in_background tasks); tracks via non-consuming jobs.get without affecting model job_output.
