Adds a “My Plugins” tab to the DSH Settings–Plugins page: one-click installation (GitHub/Link/File/npm), batch update checks, version display, enable/disable controls, GitHub update checks, and removal with secondary confirmation.

The plugin will be installed here. Keep web if you are unsure.
