Subagent Codebuddy

CodeBuddy CLI (Tencent) as a dsh subagent provider via ACP: registers the `codebuddy` subagent provider and the `subagent_codebuddy` tool. The child runs CodeBuddy's own runtime (its prompt, tools, model) in a fresh subprocess driven over the Agent Client Protocol.
