DSH MCP server graphical management plugin: view/add/edit/enable/disable/delete/reconnect/test MCP servers (stdio / streamable-http / SSE, including resources/prompts and image bridging) in the settings interface. Configuration is persisted to settings.yaml, and changes take effect immediately.

The plugin will be installed here. Keep web if you are unsure.
