Precompile documentation into executable skills: transform official documentation (API patterns/configuration procedures/best practices/constraints/troubleshooting decision trees/security and compliance) into structured, executable skills instead of performing RAG retrieval each time—extract → classify → reveal as needed based on user intent. Inspired by MicrosoftDocs/Agent-Skills (Azure Agent Skills).

Doc Compiled Skills is published as dsh-doc-compiled-skills and currently resolves to version 0.1.0. The Hub verifies its manifest and preserves the exact installation source for reproducible installs.
