Balance Tasks

Balance-to-task conversion: a floating card in the bottom-right corner displays the DeepSeek account balance, current peak/off-peak rate tier and countdown, and estimates how many tasks the balance can still run based on historical average usage (1 task ≈ 1 session, including peak/off-peak pricing)
