Multi-agent collaboration relay for DeepSeek Harness — send and receive messages between local agents (dsh, Codex, Claude, Hermes, OpenClaw, …) through a small loopback-first broker with HMAC auth. Ships the broker, the dsh plugin, a CLI client and a Pyth
