dsh-web-search-pool

为 DSH 提供 Tavily / Exa 多 key 搜索与抓取：按限流调度、失败切换及额度门禁；支持 Exa 匿名通道。密钥仅以凭据引用保存，不写入设置和日志。

0.5.0 起，开启「搜索 Key 池」即在运行时接管 ctx.web.search：AI 仍调用同一个 web_search 工具，但请求不再走 DeepSeek 官方 API key，也不依赖 web.searchProvider 配置（不会被 profile patch 或官方设置页覆盖）。0.6.0 起同一模式接管 ctx.web.fetch（web_fetch 工具走 Tavily Extract，不再消耗 DeepSeek 平台的 Fetch API 额度；抓取深度默认 basic，fetchDepth: advanced 可开）。池不可用时默认不回退官方，返回中性的「暂不可用」错误，模型不会感知背后的供应商。

适配基线为 DSH 0.1.7-rc.2、0.2.0-rc.1 与 0.2.1-rc.2（0.5.0 依桌面版 app.asar 源码核对 + 本机实测）；不要据此推定所有后续宿主兼容。当前包版本、peer 范围和命令以 package.json 为准。
